What is collected

The enquiry form asks for a first name, an email address, a store address, what you would most like to improve, and an optional note. Nothing else is requested, and there is no mailing list.

Why it is collected

Solely so Charlie can review the store and reply to the enquiry. Submissions are sent by email to Charlie and are not stored in a database, CRM or analytics tool by this site.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered by email to charlie@charlieajohnson.com and used only to respond to the enquiry.

Analytics

This site records anonymous, privacy-safe usage events (for example, that the enquiry form was opened). These events never include names, email addresses, store URLs or any form content. The site is served through Cloudflare, which provides aggregate traffic analytics.

Bot protection

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Deletion

To have your enquiry deleted, emailcharlie@charlieajohnson.com and it will be removed.
